From a distance the whole looks clear and uncluttered, from close up the eyes become disoriented by the many details and visual stimuli. This moment, whether or not to comprehend, is constantly being investigated.

Prevailing conventions of beauty are undermined by dizzying compositions with references to both classical art and popular visual culture.
