The Prairy Avneue Bookstore
started in 1963 and became one of my favorite places to visit when being
in Chicago.
One day in 2009 I went to the store to ask if I could take some photographs
of the interior. The Prairy Avenue Bookstore had closed its doors for
business the week before.
