ON SPACE AND PERCEPTION Augsut 28 - October 7, 2022 Photogallery Objektief Walstraat 33 7511 GE Enschede www.fotogralerie-objektief.nl In this exhibition, two levels of working are placed opposite of each other. One wall is filled with smaller photographs, varied in size and approach. Every image is created on-site and describes the interplay between light and space. These images are juxtapposed to photographs of self-constructed spaces. When the construction is done and the photograph is made, associations with other spaces thatare visited in the past will pop up. The images will aswell ignite memories and associations in the viewers mind, which creates a new layer to the exhibition. The visitor is essential to the functioning of the exhibition |

Sometimes you see something special from the corner of your eyes. When you look again it is gone. How can a spatial experience so fleeting be visualized? |
An empty space, installed on the studio wall. The artist responds to the photograph. The artwork the photograph and the studio become intertwined in the same photographic illusion. |
